Best Spanish tapas spot in Austin. Go for happy hour and try lots of stuff. Definitely get the Ahi Tuna Tartar "Cucurucho". Also the weekly paellas are awesome. UPDATE: now closed, will be re-opening as El Raval soon. Will update this soon.
